Training at the New Dojo
Ok, so I haven't been very consistent in posting lately. I am lacking motivation to write about my martial arts experiences these days (quiet internalization seems sufficient for now). For the sake of the blog, however, I will post some videos and maybe pull some words out of my ass to describe them.
I particularly enjoyed watching Gene do some work in this slow mass attack drill. Once again, we tend to go slow because #1 we aren't that good, #2 we want to give our work room for reflection, and #3 as cool as fast and aggressive can look, genuinely appreciating work on video is difficult when the speed is too high.
Here's a bit of wrasslin to go with that.
